A powerful meeting happened at the Flight 93 National Memorial on Friday, May 22, 2015! Green Middle School, in Green, Ohio is the latest School to embrace the 93 cents for Flight 93 Mission of honoring the Heroes of Flight 93!
300 Students, Teachers, Staff, Soldiers and Friends joined together on May 22 at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, Pa.
This is the second Year that Sharon Deitrick, Founder of “93 cents for Flight 93,” teamed with John Hamilton, Founder of “The 9:57 Project,” in bringing together students to honor these great heroes!
David and Peggy Beamer, parents of Flight 93 Hero, Todd Beamer, joined our students to thank them and to encourage them to continue to do the right thing and to preserve our nation’s freedom.
The students responded to his request with a resounding, “Let’s Roll.” These were the last recorded words spoken by their son, before launching the counter attack on the terrorists, thwarting their mission.
